Check in time is 2.00pm. Check out time is 10.00am on the day of your departure.

Should you wish to stay a little longer, please contact reception and every effort will be made to assist you. Charges may apply. For guests wishing to depart outside reception hours we ask you to ensure that you settle your account the night before.

Cooking and food preparation is strictly forbidden by Health Authorities in all Hotel Guest Rooms.

Complimentary Coffee & Tea making facilities are provided in all rooms and apartments

The Housekeeping Department retains lost property for a period of one month. Should you need to trace lost items please contact Reception. It is the responsibility of the guest to request items to be returned and postage will be charged as per Australia Post’s cash on delivery system.

There is a Luggage Trolley located in each lift lobby for guest use please make sure you return these to the lift lobby after use for other guests.

A complimentary mid-stay service clean and linen change is provided for stays of 7 nights or more.

This service encompasses a full linen change with beds made, fresh towels, the resupply of toiletries and removal of rubbish. Should you require such a service or any additional housekeeping, this can be organised through Reception for an additional fee.

If you encounter any faulty equipment during your stay we would appreciate you advising Reception. This would allow us to rectify the problem promptly thereby avoiding disappointing other guests. If for some reason you are dissatisfied about equipment or services within the apartment please do not hesitate to inform us. This feedback allows us to constantly improve our services.

Guests are reminded that under NO circumstances are animals permitted on the premises. Failure to comply will lead to immediate eviction.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartments, please use balconies for smoking with the sliding door closed to the apartment & utilise the ashtrays provided. If smoking is evident in your apartment, a minimum $200 fee will be charged.

OPENING TIMES ARE 7AM UNTIL 9PM.

All pool areas are restricted to resort guests only.

Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult. No glass is to be taken into the pool area and Smoking is prohibited. Please make sure you are fully dried before leaving pool area. For the enjoyment of all our guests we ask that noise and games be kept to a minimum.

Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any person.

These facilities are for the enjoyment of all resort guests. Feel free to use these facilities at your leisure.

Please supervise children and always keep noise to a minimum.

When finished with these facilities please leave them clean and remove all rubbish.

Photocopying services are available from Reception - Charges apply for this service.

Mail may be left at Reception for collection and posting - Stamps are available for purchase at Reception.

Where possible, messages will be delivered to rooms; however, we do suggest that you check at reception for incoming messages.

Wireless unlimited internet is available. The service provided is complimentary.

In case of fire please exit using the stairs, each wing has two stair wells. Please make yourself aware of the emergency evacuation plan on the inside of the main door to your apartment

Dine in a casual atmosphere with helpful friendly staff and delicious cuisine.

Espy Bar & Eatery is fully licensed and opens for breakfast from 7am and reopens at 4:30pm for drinks and 5:30pm for dinner.

Bookings are not required. Neat casual dress code applies. Shoes must be worn at all times and we ask that no wet attire be worn indoors.
